Wellness Wednesday Weekly Webseries

This recently started Wellness Wednesday Weekly Webseries is meant as a midweek and midday break to stop, rejuvenate and get over the hump.

Wednesday's @ 1pm ET via virtual platform (Zoom thus far).

For 30 minutes each week the focus is on self-care. It's a virtual PD (personal development) session.  There will be a different topic, exploratory exercise, Q & A with wellness professionals during this Lunch & Learn moment.

Anyone who wants and feels the need can join in on a call at any point during the series.

Although participation in the web series is being offered for free, donations are being sought to help cover the costs of producing and promoting this weekly series as well as the creation, design, printing and shipping of personalized Sympathy & Pick-Me-Up cards for people afflicted with loss or grief during this time of Covid-19.

The artwork is a collaboration of an incarcerated family friend, myself and my sons.

The concept is born out of my personal experience of not being able to visit with a loved one who has passed. These cards are meant to let someone grieving know that they are thought of and will be sent from the Wellness Wednesday Weekly community.

Each donation of $25 will help to cover the costs mentioned including ONE handwritten card to be sent to someone grieving.  Donor can designate the card to be sent to a specific person with a personalized message OR can let our team choose someone they've heard about.
