VILLO is a personalized, high-touch service that gets things done behind-the-scenes of your daily life, managing your personal life and household. Combining the right people, processes and technology, VILLO stays five steps ahead of you handling all of the details, and clearing the path for you to make your greatest contribution to your personal goals, ambition, and family.
We provide solutions that improve your life.
We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to pursue what they desire without sacrificing what's important in order to handle what is urgent.
We believe that exhaustion, burnout, and doing #allthethings aren't badges of honor, but signs of a life that is unsustainable.
Like any other job, having a trusted, qualified professional in the position of your household manager will make everything easier. They’ll handle #allthethings, and work with care and intention, creating systems and processes to streamline your home and life. With time, your Villo will anticipate your needs and proactively create solutions that benefit your entire family.
There are 130 million full-time employees in America, with 43 million sole or dual-career parents. According to Gallup, the average American workweek is closer to 50 hours than 40. A study by the Center for Creative Leadership found professionals and business leaders who carry smartphones tend to work more than 70 hours a week. In this high-performing environment, you are spending less time on your personal hopes, dreams and family which increasingly leads to poor health outcomes, burnout and low engagement at work.
New research shows that burnout has serious consequences.
“The demands seem to exceed the capacity to satisfy them, and the standard for success is always shifting, with high stakes and a lot of emotional pressure, and no real standard for success. Tasks with no end-date, where the finish line is always shifting, and tasks you can’t escape – those are the perfect conditions for burnout.” - Psychology Today
- 98% of parents have experienced burnout prior to Covid-19 (Bright Horizon 2020 Modern Family Index)
- According to the Boston Consulting Group, working parents now spend 60 hours per week on household work due to the current pandemic, lack of access to daycare, schools and support systems.
You're willing to create solutions for yourself, but you just can't seem to get to the other side of overwhelm.
🗓Seeking more time, you try new planning systems, household calendars, and chore charts only to find you're still managing all of it.
🤯Sometimes, it seems easier to just-do-it yourself, check things off the to-do list, and move on. But, the list never ends! And, you can't lay your head down on your pillow at night without mentally reviewing what didn't get done each day.
😢When there is so much on your plate, you struggle to do anything well. And, that is when the guilt starts to build up. You continue to hope that "someday" it will get better, somehow.
We've been there, and we get it.
A trusted personal household manager deployed to manage and prioritize every aspect of your personal life, so you can focus on what matters without sacrificing your health and well-being.

VILLO was founded by Blessing Adesiyan, a passionate professional and entrepreneur. She has worked for various Fortune 100 companies including PepsiCo, Cargill, DuPont, BASF in various leadership capacities globally. She holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Florida, a master's degree from NY Institute of Technology and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
VILLO is a direct response from Mother Honestly, a community she created to reimagine how women thrive in motherhood, work and life. Through countless interactions and engagement with over 300,000 parents, 50+ sold-out conferences, a podcast with over 1MM+ downloads, and a large social media following, it became clear that our nation was operating at peak capacity. We are all burning out at work and reduced to tears during the second-shift at home.
She brought on Laura Davis as VP of Operations, an amazing parent who spent the last 5 years as an Executive Assistant to Fortune 100 CEOs and Harman Sharma, a software developer at Fidelity and a recent MBA grad from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School where they met.
