OUR TEAM

VILLO was founded by Blessing Adesiyan, a passionate professional and entrepreneur. She has worked for various Fortune 100 companies including PepsiCo, Cargill, DuPont, BASF in various leadership capacities globally. She holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Florida, a master's degree from NY Institute of Technology and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

VILLO is a direct response from Mother Honestly, a community she created to reimagine how women thrive in motherhood, work and life. Through countless interactions and engagement with over 300,000 parents, 50+ sold-out conferences, a podcast with over 1MM+ downloads, and a large social media following, it became clear that our nation was operating at peak capacity. We are all burning out at work and reduced to tears during the second-shift at home.

She brought on Laura Davis as VP of Operations, an amazing parent who spent the last 5 years as an Executive Assistant to Fortune 100 CEOs and Harman Sharma, a software developer at Fidelity and a recent MBA grad from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School where they met.
