Varnita Bridal Boutique LLC

 We intend to launch a bridal retail business in a historic 100+-year-old building located on State Road in Upper Darby.  The business is ideally suited for the location as it will complement the historic architecture of the building itself with the styling of a traditional dressmaker's shop.  The building itself needs some repairs, but it has some distinctive historic features, like a very ornate early 20th century pressed tin tile ceiling (wall-to-wall on the first floor).  This project will build up to current code requirements and will make it ready for business and retail use.

We have partnered with a general contractor, who has been integral in the development of a detailed renovation plan.  The plan is to renovate the building while preserving its historic distinctiveness.

Revitalization of a flower shop into a bridal boutique, need help to get started. This building needs remodeling inside and out Opening a new and all-in-one Bridal Shop to expand the business that I run in my home.  I'm in the process of revitalizing the old building that used to be a floral shop and apartment. Need a roof fix the electric redone the walls replace, etc,  I'll like to open sometime this year if we can get all the repairs done. Please help with your donation to help with opening a new store.
