• My mission is to build out a professional bakery from a shipping container. I want to create a space where I can produce high-quality pastries and serve my community in Nashville. 
  
• My projections to make this come to life are approximately $50,000. My goal is set at $10,000 as a base to get the ball rolling. Anything will help me get going, and I truly am so grateful to have this platform and opportunity to raise additional money from IFW. 
• This concept will continue to make fine-dining quality products available, and attainable while supporting individuals like myself who have dedicated their lives to this skilled work. The pandemic has wreaked havoc on my industry as a whole, and the hospitality landscape will be forever changed. I see this as an opportunity to offer quality products to folks in a safe and sustainable way both for myself, and the environment.
• There is so much room for quality baked goods and pastries in Nashville. While we have  great restaurants, chefs, bakers, and hospitality professionals, I think Nashville needs more authentic, progressive, and independently-owned businesses.

• This concept will allow me to create products at the highest quality by taking away the unrealistic overhead that makes traditional restaurants nearly impossible to run at a profit. My intention is to place the container bakery on our suburban mini-farm.  Here I can produce items using inputs produced right on the property while keeping my overhead at manageable levels. The bigger goal is to eventually move the bakery to a full scale sustainable biodynamic farm in the future.
• Utterly would offer a variety of products but mainly french pastries both savory and sweet Cannele du Bordeaux, Croissants, and custom orders. I will implement a user-friendly ordering system, pick up spots, and potential delivery options. 
  
• I am the main drive behind the company but will be outsourcing help from my husband for the construction of the space.
