Hello Project Voice supporters!
First of all, I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting our campaign. We're more than 2/3 towards our goal and it's because of you that we've been so successful! This message is for supporters who chose the Passion Planner as their reward for making a pledge to Project Voice's crowdfunding campaign.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip to New York City this month, which was intended to be a trip for me to pick up your time-sensitive rewards. Due to the coronavirus news, I won't be able to pick them up until sometime later in the future. At the latest, you should receive the Passion Planner by June, which also means that you'll only be able to use entries from June 2020 and onwards.
Because these Passion Planners were promised to be delivered ASAP, I'd like to sincerely apologize for the delayed arrival. I'd also like to offer three alternative options for you to choose from:
1. Instead of receiving the Passion Planner, you can opt for one or more rewards with a total worth of your pledge (we can tell you the amount that you've pledged if needed but it will be at least $40 for all of you).
2. In addition to receiving the Passion Planner, you can choose between one of the following: Coffee and Bao stickers, Project Voice pin, and Project Yellow Dress sticker or pin.
3. We can refund your pledge and you won't receive the Passion Planner.
Please let me know how you would like me to proceed. Once again, I'm very sorry to know that you won't be able to use your Passion Planner anytime soon. We will make this reward unavailable for future patrons moving forward. Again, thank you very much for your patience and support!
