Last night after another day of networking and outreach, I was contemplating my next steps as the campaign seemed to have stalled around 10,000USD.
I knew that the long lead time that the manufacturer had was going to be a challenge for customers. But the alternative of not trying, was not an option.
I ended up connecting with the manufacturer and renegotiated smaller MOQs so that we could still get wetsuits produced with what we had raised so far.
The total target is down to 20,000USD in the next 2 weeks (soon to be updated on the campaign page).
