How do you know there is a need for this platform?
Thousands of data points have have been collected over the past couple of years by the founders and other sites, revealing that there is a gap in the marketplace for those searching for jobs. Candidates are overwhelmed by navigating the job seeking and interview process, and it's taking an emotional toll on them and their families.
Who is the target customer?
Our target customer is a candidate 25-45 as the sweet spot. However, determining, navigating, and finding happiness in a career are pain points for men and women at all career levels.
How large is the potential market?
There are 8M+ unemployed as of year end 2020. Approximately 60% are employed and seeking new employment. So the answer? LOTS!
How will you make money?
B2B: Direct marketing to the job-seeker population.
