The Trap Yoga Bae® experience goes beyond traditional yoga culture and now we want to take the Trap Yoga Bae® experience far beyond the mat. In the last 50 years, the culture of traditional yoga classes has been mostly white, skinny, quiet, and serious. Whether in person or online, the Trap Yoga Tribe is inclusive, fun, and meets the needs of a wide range of practitioners including those that have found traditional yoga classes triggering to PTSD or unfriendly and isolating.  

Since February, 83% of women have experienced an increase in depressed moods and 53% of working women have experienced an increase in anxiety.

With a global pandemic, we can't wait for our tribe to come to us. We need to go directly into the homes of women around the world to improve mental health with a digital platform for the people. 

The Online Experience by Trap Yoga Bae® includes body movement, community connection, coaching, journaling, and intentional activities such as forgiveness and goal setting.
