A multifaceted creative entrepreneur and devoted mother of four, Lillian Mintaya is the visionary behind Three Honey Bees. A dynamic woman who believes deeply in the power of natural products to nurture both self and family. Health-conscious and spiritually grounded, she has created practical tools—like baby wraps, reusable nursing pads, and herbal care products—to help mothers shape a peaceful and well-supported postpartum journey.

Her passion for Black maternal wellness is personal. She has faced many of the common but unspoken atrocities of Black motherhood, including singleness in motherhood, Yet through it all, she has remained rooted in God and holistic healing, transforming adversity into purpose.

Three Honey Bees is entering a focused phase of strategic growth centered around serving those who serve mothers. Our goal is to equip birthworkers, doulas, lactation consultants, hospitals, and maternal wellness advocates with the practical tools and education needed to support mothers during the most vulnerable postpartum stages.

We are expanding our reach through strategic partnerships with influencers, non-profit organizations, and government agencies—ensuring that our products and wellness resources reach the mothers who need them most, particularly those affected by systemic disparities.

• Establishing a Dedicated Fulfillment Center: Investing in a fulfillment center will enable us to streamline our operations, ensuring prompt order processing and timely deliveries for our valued customers.
• Expanding the Team: Hiring and nurturing a passionate and skilled team will strengthen our fulfillment and marketing capabilities, providing top-notch customer service and building even more meaningful connections within our community.
• Marketing Initiatives: Allocating funds towards marketing efforts will help us reach a wider audience of mothers who can benefit from our nurturing products and join our supportive community.
• Product Development: Continuing to innovate and develop new products that cater to the needs of new mothers will be a significant focus. We want to provide a comprehensive range of postpartum essentials that contribute to the overall well-being of mothers and babies.
• Popup Shop Tour: A portion of the funds will go towards planning and executing our immersive popup shop tour, where we can connect with local mothers, foster social gatherings, and host meaningful discussions on postpartum self-care.
• Community Engagement: Investing in community engagement initiatives, such as workshops, events, and partnerships with mission-driven organizations, will enable us to amplify our positive impact on maternal health and wellness.

• Inventory and Equipment: Ensuring sufficient inventory and essential equipment to support our growing demand is vital for the continued success and expansion of Three Honey Bees.
