Hello! Welcome to this brief pitch for Conscious Wellness a program designed by TENHealth & Wellness which is an online nutrition & wellness consulting practice.

Our mission is helping women achieve whole-body wellness by addressing their unique needs.
Society applies many pressures on women in managing their personal care to the advancement of their careers. The biggest issues in managing self-care, nutrition, and fitness is the stress of time management
Market
Our target market are women between the ages of 25-45 who:
Live in a City or the Suburbs;
Have a 4 year college education;
Married, engaged, or dating;
Considering children, pregnant, or have at least 2 children
Young working professionals either in Corporate or Entrepreneurial
New moms or seasoned moms
All of whom are struggling to balance the 6 steps of Ideal Health; and
Technology Driven

Conscious Wellness is designed to help manage time and minimize stress from the way the program is designed to the tools the client develops. There is no setting aside HOURA of time to do the work and no purchasing of any material outside of the program.

We are looking to raise $20,000 to cover 3 months of a professional social media marketing companies cost. We are specifically looking for a marketing firm to build:

- No, this a wellness program that focuses on mindset in Self-Discovery to determine what your true needs are in lifestyle & nutrition.
How much time is involved?
- The amount of time you dedicate to the program is determined by your mindset. For purposes of this question, a minimum of 2hours/week: an hour for the webinar & exercise, and an hour for your weekly consulting session.
Is this program going to interfere with my schedule?
- The program is meant for busy women as it is designed to help you find time for yourself. It only conflicts if you believe it's going to conflict. If you believe it conflicts, then you may not yet be ready for the program.
Will this program help me lose weight?
- If your desire is to lose weight, then the program will address your specific needs to help lose weight and develop a long-term sustainable solution.
Can I still do this program if I have a diagnosed medical condition?
- Yes. This program helps you with the management of your diagnosed medical condition through stress management and nutritional needs.
Can I do this program if I am pregnant?
- Yes. The program was designed while the creator was pregnant with her first child. The program will help manage specific needs related to your pregnancy.
