Lola Faturoti Loves is an ecologically sustainable fashion line that produces bold, brightly-colored jeans, jackets, shirts,scarves and masks while generating zero inventory waste. Our unique designs enable the wearer with a maximal ability to express herself and convey her inner joy to everyone around her. Our commitment to sustainability and social justice helps customers become stewards of the environment and of marginalized communities where excess fashion waste has taken a devastating toll.

Our Solution

The fashion industry - particularly “fast fashion” - is a large scale polluter that causes particularly harsh destruction to impoverished communities. It should not be this way.  To escape this trend, Lola Faturoti Loves utilizes a “made on demand” production cycle where no item is made before it is ordered so that there is no unsold surplus that would normally end up in a landfill. Our clothes are made with organic and biodegradable materials that contain 50% less ink, require 50% less water and are made by workers earning fair wages.

Request for Funding

We have a small, dedicated team running general operations for Lola Faturoti Loves, but additional funding would allow us to scale our efforts, deliver empowering clothing to more women across a larger market and to publicize our brand more widely and over more platforms, online and offline. Additional funding would go to hiring part time photographic and web design support, as well as a small team to run a robust publicity campaign to expertly tell the story of Lola Faturoti Loves.
