TrustLoveKnow is a Christian wellness company encouraging people to reach their full potential. Through our stretch and Biblical meditation classes and workshops, blog posts, podcasts, and merchandise, we create space for people to pause and check in with their mind, body, and soul. 

Here's the problem: Many Christians are not comfortable with traditional yoga given its Hindu and Buddhist roots. Thus, many will not attend yoga classes, and do not take time outside of Sunday worship services to participate in guided stretch and meditation. This limits opportunities for greater spiritual grounding and gentle physical fitness for those who need it.

TrustLoveKnow solves this problem by providing a solution that: 1. provides the benefits of stretch and meditation while maintaining alignment with the Christian faith 2. creates space for intimate connection and introspection via our inclusion of worship and journaling in workshop sessions 3. offers both online and in-person opportunities for all to access the classes and free online learning content.

Our main customers are women with an existing or developing active lifestyle who want to include a faith lens into their fitness practice. There are approximately 10K Christian women in the US and we hope to reach as many as we can both in the US and beyond via our remote class options and free online content.

We are seeking seed funding for capacity building (training and hiring teachers and online content staff), equipment, a marketing team to support the continued building of the company, and to subsidize classes and workshops for people and institutions who cannot afford classes. As a solopreneur, it is my hope that I am able to expand my team and increase the capacity building partnerships and to reach more people.

I have strong dance background, a yoga certification, and have been teaching fitness for almost a decade. I am also very active in my church as a worship leader and the daughter of a pastor. I understand what is lacking in my community and I understand the need. Because of my domain expertise and my customer experiences, I am uniquely qualified to help solve this problem for the people in my Faith community.
