Do you know a teenager or young adult who is feeling worried or unsure about their future?
Maybe they don’t know what they want to do when they grow up or they’re feeling overwhelmed by all the amazing choices that they have.
Maybe they had a plan, but something went wrong and now they don’t know what to do next. That’s where I come in.
I'm Sara Deacon, The Adulting Coach.
I help teens and young adults figure out for themselves who they want to be when they grow up so they can have the courage to suck at something new, confidently decide how they want to live their own lives and adult successfully.
My coaching programs provide a safe and supportive space to talk about their fears and frustrations, and I help them discover what they’re good at, what they enjoy and learn how to build on the skills and abilities they already have.
I want to inspire young people to feel confident in creating a future that’s true to them, and I need your help.
Working with a coach like me, teens and young adults gain confidence, make better choices and get excited about their futures.

The Campaign FAQs
Do you provide full scholarships for young people who can't afford your services?
No.
I allocate a percentage of contributed funds and profits to scholarships for individuals who want to enter my coaching program, but everyone must invest something into their own coaching. If they do not buy in to their coaching financially, then they will not buy in to the mental and emotional aspects of coaching and they will not see the kind of results they want. Generally, clients may receive a scholarship in the amount of 25-75% of their investment level, depending on the funds available and determined on a case-by-case basis.
Just Because I Care
At this level, you will be providing a month of website and client-facing software.
This is a fun little PDF bingo sheet that shares a few different ways that humans can "Adult" successfully. You'll receive an email with the PDF to download and share.
Every year, I choose a word to guide me through it. I filter decisions, adjust my attitude, self talk, navigate my relationships, etc. through applying this one word. My 2023 Word of the Year is TRUST.
I have previously lead workshops to help others discover and apply their own Word of the Year, and in that process, I created a PDF workbook for a more self-guided experience.
At this level, you are supporting a number of marketing efforts, such as the purchase of business cards, postcards, flyers and the fellow small businesses I work with to provide such things.

Identify what you value most in your life and in the people around you. Then use this guided journal to help you filter your own behaviors and the decisions you need to make. You will receive a digital PDF copy of this item.
