Superfood School helps people of all diets to get more plants on their plates through products and programming. Our target market includes a diverse cross-section of American adults, age 25-65, with the shared psychographic of healthy eating. Our revenue model consists of sales of our D2C cooking kits / mealplans as well as experiential events.
Founder and CEO Lynnette Astaire is a plant-based chef with 8 years of experience. While moving through her own wellness journey, she saw a need for people of all diets to learn about the plant-based diet and superfoods in an accessible way. Funds from this grant will be used for our tech updates to produce more livestreaming content, which is much needed comfort in these times of isolation.
