- What is the mission of your company or project?
“Simple + Suite is founded on love. To accept who we are as women and to love others for all that they are - an outlet of inspiration for the daily life of the modern day woman. Simple + Suite is here to lead you, inspire you, and encourage you. As a modern day woman we define our beauty by our artistry, strength, and value. We are simple in the way we love - we choose to love purely with compassion.
Simple + Suite’s mission is to never allow you to feel alone, to help you when you are in need, and to remind you that we all have a purpose and we are all valuable amazing women paving our own paths in todays society.

- Describe the problem you are solving:
There isn’t a current option on a large scale to shop more refined brands and artist all in one location. Simple + Suite has a bigger mission of working alongside women to not only push them forward in their careers and craft but to share their stories. Overtime we have given up the space to learn about the designer and artist in the shopping process - disconnecting us from the product. In 2018 a study conducted by Female Founder Collective 82% of women are more likely to give their purchasing power to women founded companies if they only knew who they were. Simple + Suite allows you direct access to not only female founded companies but gives you the purchasing power to not only buy from them in one platform but learn about them as well - unlike anything that we currently have. Here in 2020, women are pushing to support each other more than ever. This has been proven by multiple events in these last years (i.e women's march on Washington).
- What is the market size/opportunity?
Online, E-Commerce, and Storefront… alongside the media portion of the website. This is hard to compare to any other business market size due to it being the first of its kind with expanded revenue streams outside of just e-commerce or just media relations. So honestly it is as big as you want it to be - reaching an international market of women who care about simplicity, sustainability, and artistry. Curated to a refined market that surpasses the board on all accounts on what is currently available to us.
- What is your company about and how does it solve the problem?
Simple + Suite may be a e-commerce and multi media site but it has emphasizes on community. It allows for women to feel like they are apart of something bigger than themselves. This allows them to connect and strive to push forward together as a community. It brings women together in social settings over like minded interest and values. The goal is to host dinners and retreats domestically and internationally multiple times a year to bring women offline and together in community. In these social settings working with local women to give back into the community. Unlike competitive brands Simple + Suite works with more refined smaller scale brands vs. large scale brands to bring a boutique feel with your purchasing power. You are shopping small but thinking big - truly. There also isn’t a site that allows access to women artwork on the scale that you have on the Simple + Suite website. Bringing in different demographics of women all over the world.
- Why are you seeking funding and how will you spend the funding?
This funding will be going towards building the website, creating community and awareness, and working towards marketing for 2021.

While we carry women founded businesses and women artist - we highly encourage men on to be apart of the conversation and community.

Towards the e-commerce and multimedia site. We will be curating women's stories on the site and connecting with women all over the world. We will also be using this money for marketing campaigns and working towards our community and 2021 gatherings (fingers crossed).
