Shop Mom

With a community of over 500 mother-run businesses and more than 50 companies, The Mom Economy is committed to building a better workplace for mothers and the businesses they support. The funding will help develop offerings that provide a curated experience for women throughout their journey of growing a business and raising a family. 20% of all the funding will go into The Mother Fund, our parental leave grant for women businesses. Leaders from companies to evangelize the value in building a diverse workforce and investing in building a marketplace of talent for companies to execute the vision of closing the gender gap in the workplace.

Our Motherboard is made up of a team of female business owners from multiple cities (think of it as a strategic, creative agency working to create economic opportunity for the mother workforce). Each board member specializes in unique parts of the process: Photography, Social Strategy + Campaigns, Creative + Art Direction, Social Media Growth + Development, Branding, PR, Business Coaching, and Leadership Development.
