We want to expand She Wigs Out, Inc. to become a fully functioning e-commerce website and also have local, in-person consultations. I’m raising money through iFundWomen to grow our business into a one stop shop for our customers.

Becoming a wig-wearer wasn’t something I thought was a blessing back when I first began wearing them. Now I can see that the experience I have accrued along my journey has indeed become a strength. This strength is now the reason I am confident that the women I serve will avoid a lot of the aggravations that I felt.

Through a reaction to a birth control shot, Sheryl’s thick hair became thin and eventually became a source of stress and frustration. She entered the wig world because she wanted to feel confident and have options again. Knowing absolutely nothing, Sheryl found that there was a serious lack of the kind of consultation, education and guidance she was looking for. Over time and lots of costly decisions based on not knowing what she didn’t know, Sheryl decided to use the expertise she gained over the years, to make a positive difference in the lives of other wig wearers who would like to press the “easy” button when it comes to navigating the world of wearing wigs. Upon making this decision, Sheryl realized the cost involved in getting She Wigs Out, Inc. up and running like an actual business…which leads me to iFundWoman and this campaign. Her hopes are that you will join her in this adventure of building and growing She Wigs Out, Inc. so that she will be able to help countless women fall in love with the hair they wear.
