Project Description

  •  I want to Empower nurses and support staff to be able to make more money and work less and provide better all around for their family.
  • Nurses and support staff are often overworked and underpaid. My company will allow for change with that. I also plan to use some of the money to help send support staff back to school to become nurses which will help them make more money and help with the nation wide nurse shortage. 
  • The market is nursing homes in Nebraska to start, with the goals of becoming a nation wide company
  • The company will help facilities in the midst of staffing shortages to be able to decrease staff burnout and help to continue to provide better quality of care to our elderly and other patients.
  • With inflation of cost of living, parents are working more and more and being taken away from their children to be able to survive. I want to help parents be available to spend more time with family. I also want to help young adults thrive by making more money and being able to further their education. 
  • The funding will be used for start up costs and payroll for the first few months while awaiting payment of invoices from clients. The left over will be put into being able to provide tuition assistance to staff who want to further their education in the medical field. 
  • Right now we have 13 employees and have been able to help 1 employee to take state nursing boards and become a nurse.
  • Thank you to my friends and family who believe in me and my abilities to make this dream a reality.  Thank you to my children who have been incredibly understanding with the amount of work going into the start up. Thank you in advance to anyone who chooses to help me with making my dream come true while allowing me to be able to make other peoples' dreams come true too.

  • What exactly will the funding go towards? Linked phone account for business phone, monthly charge for logo, docusign for paperwork, marketing costs (linked in, google, mailing flyers-including supply costs,) payroll and accounting services, payroll for employees, and any other start up or first months of maintenance costs
  • Why will some of the money be used for payroll?  It will take facilities approx 30 days to pay an invoice. The money used to cover payroll will be replaced when invoices are paid by clients
  • What will be done with the left over funds? The left over money will be placed into an account to help be able to give back to the staff. I would like to be able to provide the first 10 employees with a sign on bonus due to the financial hardships from our current economic situations. It will also go towards education costs for my staff.
