Our Mission

Rainbow Chefs Academy is an online digital health initiative providing universal access to our youth, our communities, and all Educators. Our mission is to offset obesity and diabetes by empowering students through interactive cooking, nutritional planning, and healthy eating habits. Our young chefs are taken through a journey of cultural explorations, chef trainings, and the Sciences behind the food they eat. Eating healthy has never been this fun and informative.

We are aiding the mission in preventative health care for a healthier tomorrow!

Our Problem

The problem we are addressing is the root of all health concerns in the modern age which we believe to be obesity and diabetes. We have changed the way youth eat and have seen first-hand the domino effect of preparing fresh food from scratch. Eating healthy is both entertaining and inspirational.

The key to amazing curriculum for students of all ages is adaptability to school programs and networks. Our proprietary curriculum is currently aligned to NGSS, STE(A)M, CASEL, and Common Core to streamline curriculum usability in every academic setting.

Our Market

We are currently working with 1800 schools in a service model enterprise but have recently scaled our curriculum and on-boarding to a digital platform to generate accessibility to more schools, after school network programs, and community outreach centers.

Rainbow Chef Academy is a turnkey curriculum that incorporates Nutrition, Health, & Science standards in K-12 Education allowing every academic setting to embark on a culinary health initiative to a tasty tomorrow.

We hope to educate all of America’s youth to a healthier tomorrow!

What is Rainbow Chefs Academy?

Rainbow Chefs Academy is a health and nutrition campaign aimed at delivering fun cooking lessons to change the landscape of eating and curbing obesity and diabetes.

Are we New? What's our History?

In the past 5 years, we have since built 1800 partnerships and contracts with schools, community centers, and entire districts from San Diego to Sonoma. We are definitely not new in the game and have established a very reputable foundation, but are looking up up our business model. We have since revised our traditional service model for an online delivery platform to streamline our educational on-boarding process.

Where are we now and what are we hoping to accomplish?

Rainbow Chefs proprietary nutritional programs can be found active in all our educational partnerships throughout the California, but there are so many schools and networks that we hope to join by on-boarding more teachers and schools through out virtual platform.
We are limited by the number of chef instructors we have on hand, but hope to adopt more school networks by facilitating our delivery via their teachers, classroom space, and minimizing the upfront cost. Our new online delivery model creates access to all educational networks at a fraction of the cost!
