Operation HOPE

May 28, 2030 is the 200 year anniversary of when President Andrew Jackson signed The Indian Removal Act. A few tribes went peacefully. When the Kentucky Cherokee arrived in Oklahoma and saw that the trade wasn't a good and fair trade, they turned around and went back home only to be forcibly removed on the Trail of Tears. My great-grandmother was 11 on that journey and forced to marry a private in the military at age 14.

The violence and destructive trade that my people, the Cherokee, 
and the Choctaw, Chickasaw, Creek, and Seminole endured in the 
past shall no longer plague our nation as a whole. We are committed 
to driving down domestic violence that stems from alcoholism, abuse, and neglect that exists in the home. We will do this through education on how to walk in love instead of fighting with one another. We will also share personal stories on what happens when we say, "I'm sorry" and respond with forgiveness. There are still people who do not know the basic five love languages and how to identify which one is yours and those you are in relationship with. Because they don't know, we will tell them and let the knowledge empower them from a place of hurt to hope that will bring healing into the home. 

We started this mission in 2017 when the domestic violence ratio was 1 in 3 women were being victimized. In February of 2024, we saw a report that it is now 1 in 5. We believe that taking our message that there is HOPE not too far from here, no matter where your here is, to 
the streets of America will continue to create the change so desperately needed. It would be wonderful to see domestic violence eliminated from our country. However, that is not a realistic expectation. Instead, we would like to see a 20% decrease by May 28th, 2030.

That means instead of 5 million children living in violent homes, it will only be 4 million.
Instead of 40 million adults living as survivors of childhood domestic violence, it will change to 32 million.  
Instead of it being 1 in 5 women affected, it could potentially be 1 in 10.

We're going to the places where victims live and continue to reach out to them until May 28, 2030

How can we possibly be part of the solution instead of the problem? We made a choice to reach the hurting and those without hope with a message of hope, help, and healing that comes through education of the resources available in their community and by teaching them how to walk in love and not hate that causes the battlefields in the home. 

We are seeking funding for this cause to help us provide resources to the victims at little to no cost. This will remove a barrier for some that believe they can't afford the services or materials that we offer. 

Our team consists of Michael and Deborah Watson leading the way. Plus the following speakers and musicians will be joining us in October 2024 for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. 

Theresa Galimi has been a catalyst for sharing the message of HOPE on the streets and airwaves of America. She leads women to speak up and speak out for their right to call their home a place of rest from the hustle and bustle of life. She is more than a survivor with a powerful story. She is a leader who is unafraid to speak truth in love to help eradicate violence from the home.

Saphire is a musician and has a heart for serving women. She's a certified doula that is passionate about women's overall health. With 15 + years of struggling with body pain and unbalanced hormones while dealing with autoimmune systems, she discovered answers through all aspects of life. Physical - Spiritual - Mental - Emotional. "Without looking at the overall picture, we lose sight of what the root cause can be." Saphire is not afraid to ask and answer the hard questions and has been helping women take back their confidence by finding their own wellness journey. And yes, Saphire is her real name.  

Bethany Becker lives and breathes pop country music and it shows. The hopeful lyrics and youthful heart inspires generations of all ages. She enjoys teaching music to the next generation in her home town of Austin, Texas. She will also be performing as an actress in the upcoming full feature film "Not Too Far From Here". Her songs and her voice have led to several industry nominations and awards over the last few years. We're honored to have her as a part of the team.

Marilyn Murray has a strong passion to see others invest in themselves, move forward in their lives and live inspired. Her goal is to help others accomplish this mission in their very own lives. She is a popular keynote motivational speaker and talented singer. She has a unique and special gift to connect with her audience through song, humor, and life experiences. 

Tricia Harmon's mission is to empower and equip those blindsided by trauma and tragedy bringing lasting healing. Her specialized training, wealth of experience and profound insights, allows her to offer comprehensive training programs that address the unique challenges faced by those who have endured immense pain. Her own life is a testament to the power of healing and resilience. Having experienced assault, abandonment and abuse, she emerged stronger, determined to help others overcome. 

Lindsay Akers is a passionate woman who loves helping others through her mental wellness and financial literacy courses. She listens intently to those she teams up with so that she can point them in a direction that serves them the best.  She helps restore hope, help, and healing on all aspects of life. She is someone that stays the course with those willing to invest in themselves and their future. 

Patricia Jo Grover's mission with her entire "Rise Above" platform is to aid in the process of helping as many people in the world get from where they are currently finding themselves to where they want to be. From her 1:1 clients, groups, show viewers, summit attendees, show guests, summit speakers, authors, book readers, Empowerment Network &Mastermind Group Members, Peer-to-Peer Mentoring & Accountability Membership Program Members, and "Rise Above Project" Program Participants... She is able to serve on so many levels and continues to affect the lives of millions of people positively, globally.
