- Phenom, LLC will address gaps in services, provide industry expertise, reduce overhead cost, provide progressive resolution while giving our clients the most Phenomenal experience they've had, Phenom, LLC believes in transparency customer satisfaction and dedicated one-on-one attention;
- The market Phenom, LLC will target is the federal government and private entities;
- Phenom, LLC is a Management Consulting Firm, that specializes in Administrative & Office Management, HR Management, IT and Computer Support and Management, HVAC Services & Support and Project Management.
- Being a women owned small business, and a start-up business comes with expenses. I'm raising money to off-set some of the cost. Right now I am limited to what I can do to get things going for the company because I have to maintain a strict budget with limited personal funds. The money will be used for marketing, equipment purchases, payment to start business services such as (HRIS systems, ATS systems, Payroll systems etc;) and payment for work done on the behalf of the company.
- Phenom, LLC currently has a staff of 5; The President, Executive Assistant, HR Director, Social Media Manager and Website Manager;

Why Federal Contracting? Women Owned Businesses have a small presence in federal contracting, the government is looking to award more contracts to women owned and small businesses. In addition I have 20 years experience in federal contracting, I understand the industry.
What does Phenom mean? Phenom - "a person who is outstandingly talented or admired, especially and up-and-comer." Phenom, LLC will hire highly talented individuals. Phenom, LLC will be the up-and-comer in Federal Contracting.
Why .ORG and not .COM? .COM is the most original and well known domain suffix to companies. I choose .ORG intentionally, to stand out from other companies that's in the same business as Phenom, LLC. I want it to be known that we are a ORGanization not COMmercial (.com)
