Naomi's Way Doula Services

My name is LaJone, I am a birth doula located in Mid-Michigan. I hold many titles but my favorite are Mommy and wife . I have 3 amazing boys who inspire me daily and are a large part of the reason I chose this path. Becoming a doula was also important to me because advocacy is needed for all women, especially black women who are four times more likely to die during pregnancy and childbirth from complications. Motherhood is one of the most significant life-changing transitions in a woman’s life, giving birth can be scary, breastfeeding can be challenging, and postpartum is very real, no matter how many times you have done it. I look forward to helping you and your growing family through this journey! I take pride in providing a safe, non-judgmental, and professional experience to everyone I have the pleasure of connecting with. I can't wait to  share my knowledge and resources, and also to step in and provide my support.

Funding would be used for tools and further education. Also for brand building to connect with as many women to offer and provide services.
