My lesson horses are unemployed!
3 weeks ago my very busy lesson horses lost their jobs. Sadly, horses aren't eligible for unemployment benefits but they still need to eat.
Project Description
I am trying to raise money for my lesson horses expenses until they can get back to work.
- My business has been deeply impacted by the pandemic shut down. We have not been able to teach since March 12 but my lesson horses still have to eat, get their feet trimmed and receive their regular veterinary care. I have four beloved lesson horses in my care that cost me about $500 per horse each month.
- I would like to raise money to help with their monthly expenses until we are allowed to resume business, right now that won't be until the end of May at the earliest.
- We appreciate any amount, it will help us take care of our horses until we can open back up

The horses tell me they love to nap and thanks very much for paying for a nice comfy place for them to sleep.

A couple of the horses get to live in fancy-schmancy box stalls. It's like a private horse condo. Lucky horses!
