Meat & Greet: Grazing with cheese and charcuterie

Project Description
Meat and Greet is a company who wants to bring your guests, family and friends back around the table to laugh, converse and create moments while enjoying carefully curated cheese and charcuterie grazing tables. We are currently renting space out of a community kitchen and our dream is to own a food truck to mobilize our efforts, better access for our clients, faster production of our boxes and boards as well as further travel availability for our DIY workshops. These workshops bring friends/family together to learn tips and techniques on creating your own grazing board.
We have done close to $8000 in sales in our first 4 months in business to the public and are booking clients on a weekly basis. We have local businesses looking to partner with us every month to sustain our educational series. We are being featured on local news programs and local publications who are spotlighting our endeavors.
Our grazing boards and boxes are fantastic to take to breweries, wineries, the beach and have been frequently used as celebratory and sympathy gifts. We find that the niche is specific and growing to be a popular option for clients.
Currently we are a one-woman operation with lots of help from family but our hope is to bring employees on and create jobs for our local town once established in a store-front. We thank you for your time and hope to come across an order from you in the future!!
