Q: What happens if the project doesn't completely fund?
A: If the project doesn't fund completely, I will continue to network to seek additional investors to make it happen and provide you with your pre-purchased orders. I will keep you informed via e-mail on the status of your purchase and next steps.
Q: What happens if the project exceeds its fundraising goal?
A: More money means more styles! Each unique garment is about $1,500 to launch; if we exceed the goal early on I'll add new styles into the rewards for you to pre-order.
Q: Where/when do I choose my size?
A: Once sample sizes are produced (after the project funds) I'll send out a sizing guide for each piece so you can confirm your size.
Q: These look like digital prototypes, can I see the real piece?
A: That's correct; these are just visual representations, but the colors, pattern styles, and garment shapes are accurate. Once the live samples are created, I'll email a real photo on a model to backers who pre-purchased so you can get a better idea of material, cut, and pattern.
Q: What if I change my mind and want a refund or a different item?
Full refunds will not be issued, but upon seeing the live sample photos if you want to exchange your order for a different item, price adjustments will be issued to reflect greater or lesser valued items.
Q: Will the garments be made out of hemp?
A: It's my goal to totally align the brand with cannabis, however if the availability of textiles in hemp means either poor quality, or, discomfort in wear, I'll have to make some executive decisions on the best product for the consumer.
Q: How can I follow this project more closely?
A: Magnolia Jane is active on Instagram @shopmagnoliajane. I encourage you to follow us for contests and giveaways, updates on the progress of manufacturing our line, and meeting the Mavens behind the brand!
