When will I get my thank you note ($10 contribution reward)?
At the conclusion of the campaign, our team will reach out via email to get the address where we should send the card. Thank you notes will be completed and mailed by the end of December 2019.
When will I get to use my shopping buddy reward ($20 contribution reward)?
This reward is eligible for use immediately after purchase. The reward redeemer and Kristin must agree on a date and time that works for both of them. Generally speaking Kristin is available on Saturdays as well Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. The virtual shopping buddy session is limited to 1 hour. Please note that Kristin will be your virtual shopping buddy over text message. This is not an in person meeting. All shopping questions will only be answered for a 1 hour period.
When will I get my shout out ($25 contribution reward)?
We will shout our your name in our November email newsletter, which will be sent around mid November.
When will I get my LNO STUDIO swag ($25 contribution reward)?
At the conclusion of the campaign, our team will reach out via email to get the address where we should send your swag. All packages will be sent via USPS. We estimate that swag will be sent in the month of December 2019 or January 2020 as we will be having the stickers printed and measuring tapes made during the month of November.

What will the LNO STUDIO sticker look like?
When will the AMA sessions(s) be held ($45 contribution reward)?
The sessions will be scheduled based on the day that works best for the most participants.
How will the AMA session work ($45 contribution reward)?
The AMA session will be held on a Zoom call. All participants will be sent an email and calendar invite prior to the session, which will contain the link for the Zoom call. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to submit questions prior to the session, to the following email address: [email protected].
During the session, Kristin will give a quick 10-minute overview of her background and career. After the overview is completed, Kristin will answer the questions that were submitted via email.
When will I get my LNO STUDIO Tote Bag ($50, $90, $200, $450 and $600 contribution reward)?
At the conclusion of the campaign, our team will reach out via email to get the address where we should send your Tote Bag and Swag. All packages will be sent via USPS.
We estimate that tote bags will be sent in the month of January 2020 or February 2020. Once we know the final count of tote bags we need printed for all the rewards, receiving the bags takes about 1 month from the time of order placement. Then we will need another month for screen printing the bags. Once the bags are screen printed we will mail it to you.
For tote bag reward purchasers, we will send your swag (sticker and measuring tape) at the same time as your tote bag.
What kind of tote bag is it?
Our tote bag comes from Enviro-Tote. The body is made of cotton and the handle is made of spun poly. Dimension are 18’’ x 14.5’’ x 3’’. The body is white and the screen printed text will be grey.

What does being a product tester mean ($300 contribution reward)?
As our company develops new styles and products, we test out all of our designs on product testers first. Our goal is to make sure the fit and style resonates with our customers.
As a product tester, you’ll get to try out our suits before they ever launch to the public. We’ll ask you for your honest feedback on the fit of all the garments you try out.
If you select the product tester reward, you will be required to provide us with accurate body measurements as well as front, back and side images of yourself. We respect your privacy and will treat your data with the utmost care.
If you’re based in the NYC area, this process can be completed in person. However, if you’re located outside of New York, these sessions will be conducted virtually.
Please note, we cannot guarantee the total number of garments and styles you will get to try as a product tester.

After we launch our pants, we plan to develop suits because we’ve heard this can be difficult category to shop for. Additionally, it's a great investment pieces to keep in your wardrobe for years to come.
How long will I get to be a product tester?
Participants who select this reward will be a product tester for a duration of two years. The time requirement will fluctuate from month to month for product testers. There will be some months where product testing is not needed.

What will the styling sessions be like ($450 contribution reward)?
We’ll work together to choose the main objective of your styling session before we proceed through them. For example, your goal could be to discover your personal style, reimagine your current wardrobe or determine what pieces are missing from your wardrobe. In addition to working on your styling goals, I’ll also teach you how to take your own measurements at home so you can apply this knowledge to simplify your online and in store shopping experiences.
Session 1 - Take your measurements and get to know your personal style!
Session 2 - Determine what brands work best for you and working on your styling goals!
Session 3 - Continue working on your styling goals!
There will be a little outside homework before the sessions as well :)
Please note all styling sessions will be held virtually on either Google Hangouts or Zoom.
When will I get to use my free styling sessions ($450 contribution reward)?
You can use your styling sessions over the course of the following year from November 2019 to November 2020 depending on what works best with your schedule. In general, Kristin is available to have styling sessions on weekday evenings and Saturdays.
What sizes do you offer in your made to measure pants?
Currently, we are able to offer sizes 0-26. We plan to offer more options above size 26 in the future as we are dedicated to being a size-inclusive brand.
What countries do you ship rewards to?
Currently, we are only able to ship to customers in the United States that have a residential or business address. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

PROCESS
What information do you collect from customers who purchase from our website or join the product testing team?
The list below outlines the direct personal information and data we collect from you with a description of how we use this data for the creation of your tailored garment.
- Height & Weight - We use this information for the creation your tailored garment. Additionally, this may be used in the future for product development and statistical research.
- Body Measurements - This information is used for the creation of your tailored garment. We may also use this data in aggregate to ensure the accuracy of submitted measurements across our users. (Other potential uses include development of a unique clothing size scale and general research.)
- Body Images - In order to achieve the best garment fit possible, we utilize body image data. Once we receive the images submitted by you we crop them to erase facial identity. We destroy the images connected that contain your face and maintain body images only for internal analysis for the development of measurement technology.
- Survey Questions - The information we collect from the survey on our Design and Fit Preference Quiz are used for the creation of your tailored garment. Additionally, our customer service representatives use this data to ensure your order is made to your exact specifications. We also use the information for product development and statistical research.
- Body Type - One of the survey questions on Design and Fit Preference Quiz asks for your body type. We incorporate this information into the creation process of your garment. Furthermore, body type data will be used to enhance our understanding of our customers’ needs and improve the services we offer.
What if my garment doesn't fit?
While LNO STUDIO strives to create the perfect fit for all our customers, sometimes we don’t get it right on the first try. If your garment does not meet your expectations, we will work with you on a solution. If your garment fit needs to be adjusted, we’ll reimburse you up to $40 for any alterations performed by a local tailor.
If your garment does not fit and cannot be altered by local tailors, then you can request a garment remake. Once you begin the garment remake process, we will ask that you resubmit your measurements so that we have the most up to date information. Additionally, we will have you resubmit photos to us.
Please note we are unable to offer refunds for garments made since they are custom made to your measurements.
How do I ensure my measurements are correct?
Once our website launches, you'll be able to access our measurement video guide that walks you through each step of the process. You'll be able to take your own measurements at home in 15 minutes. Having accurate measurements is essential for creating your

We are based in Queens, NY! The product development partners we work with are also based in NYC, which makes meeting and getting things done super simple!
Where is LNO STUDIO’s clothing made?
We partner with a family-owned factory in Thailand that Kristin was able to visit last year. (Don't worry she made time for site seeing too!) We love working with this factory because of their dedication to quality workmanship.
