This Life I Live in Truth

As a little girl, I often dreamt about love in a sequence similar to that of a famous nursery rhyme.  You know the one I am talking about, it is the one that goes "first comes love, then comes marriage, then comes the baby in the baby carriage." Well what if I told you that I grew up sadly disappointed when I found myself pregnant with child with no real love or the commitment of marriage to back that love.  And what if I also shared with you what that disappointment did to my psyche.  For a while, I was living in a deep, hollow abyss and I was simply going through the motions of life.  I wore a mask because it helped me to pretend to be well put together.  I found myself becoming obsessed with what others thought of me especially in my new role as a mother.  I lost so much of my identity and who I was essentially because I was trying to unrealistically strive for perfection.  

Now why does any of that matter?

It matters because my personal story became what fueled me and the mission of my company and brand.  You see when that little girl turned young woman decided to cancel the noise, to speak her truth and to really live in her purpose....the trajectory of her life/my life suddenly began to move onward and upward.  

I want to help the millions and hey perhaps billions of men, women, and children out there who are on the track to someday leave this world without ever knowing what they were meant to do or who they were meant to be while on this journey called life.  

With my company GB Consulting Group, LLC which operates under the brand "This Life I Live in Truth" I promote authentic living. the mission of GB Consulting Group, LLC is to offer assistance individuals from a holistic approach who are lost and in need of the motivation to find, equip and to sustain their god-given purpose. The group is committed to offering services that allow people to not only feel comfortable living in their skin but who  meecan alsoalso help them to them through self-discovery to experience a life of abundance. The products and services that are offered include: Life coaching, public speaking, e-courses, books,a podcast hosting, and hosting live events i.e. retreats, summits, mixers, workshops,etc . 

I want to help people with these products and services to get unstuck so that they can live their best and most authentic life.  

I am seeking funding because I have found through trial and error that you have to pay to play! The free versions of software and anything else for that matter can only get you so far.  With that said, I would like to purchase a MacBook Pro 13 with software so that I can be better positioned to edit much of the content that I produce.  The market price for such an item would run me $2,000.  Another item that would really help to make the work that I do easier would be to purchase QuarkXPress 7, it is a page layout software for design and publishing professionals.  It would allow me to continue to create books, e-books, and guides in the most effective and efficient manner.  Some training guides for the software would also be beneficial.  The research price for the software and the training material would be $500.  Express Accounts Accounting Software would also be under this funding request because it would assist me with the bookkeeping cashflow and the reporting side to my business.  Research price for the software would be $100.  With the remaining $1,400, I would like to have it set aside for marketing expenses.  It is really important that I allot time and space for the millions  and hey the billions of people that I am hoping to serve to know that my products and services exist.

My business is supported by myself,  I am a young professional, author, speaker, life-coach, master of Ceremony and podcast host.
