Market: 293m Americans online, 80m seniors online, 50m seniors say they don't feel confident using everyday tech
Solution: Personal lessons in tech customized to users needs and goals, curriculum designed to help seniors become self sufficient, versus a "quick fix" tech support style solution
Two-sided market place. Build and train an on-demand network of tech savvy teachers with previous teaching experience to teach seniors.
Long term: Disrupt $350B tech support industry. Partner w/ tech companies to provide specialized support, delegating % of current support spending to more efficient spending which increases brand loyalty, customer retention, and develops new customer base of tech literate.
