My name is Autumn Grant and the owner and founder of The Kind Poppy. My mission is to create the world a kinder place. The Kind Poppy is doing this by offering ethical and sustainable bath and beauty products that give back to charity! The Kind Poppy, also offers sustainable chic fashion and healthy lifestyle products. Our goal is to leave this world in a kinder place than when we found it!
I'm raising capitol to meet with my products demands and to increase production quantity and time. We live in a competitive market and I will need to invest in product development and online marketing tools. We are growing at a fast pace and I'm incredibly thankful! I'd also like to invest in an insurance company that will cover my medical needs so I can fully support myself while helping others through my business.
In August 2019, I started to have episodes of facial paralysis and burning/numbness in the left side of my face. I was incredibly fatigued and went through MRI's and further testing. After appointments with my primary care physician and neurologist I was finally diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. March, has been a trying month for me but I still have hope for the future!
Nashville was hit by a deadly tornado on March 2nd, 2020 and hit the buildings on our block. Our store was closed for ten days and we were out in the community offering help and our soap supplies, while we waited for our store to open. The Kind Poppy is located on 1108 Woodland Street, Nashville, Tennessee, 37206.
This campaign money will allow us to meet our goals and to stay on course with product demand and a faster production time! The Kind Poppy donates 10% of monthly sales back into local and national charities. We want to create more products, while having a stronger online presence, so we can help many more charities along the way!
Always "BE KIND".
Grow Through What You Go Through
I love our community so much! - Autumn
