Isha@ the Music Academy!
We need to raise 22.000 Euro to enable her to start this year! She is the first girl accepted for this program!
Project Description
Isha started playing the piano when she was 6 years old. When she was 14, a neighbor (who worked for Pioneer) gave her a DJ-set. She taught herself how to use it with YouTube and started to DJ and produce her own music. By now composing her own tracks is one of her assets and it's her dream to go to the Amsterdam Electronic Music Academy. She is already accepted and will be the very first girl attending this new discipline within the Academy of Music. As her great-grandfather and his brother (Arno & Jabin) studied at the Amsterdam Music Academy as well, before the war started, it will be a beautiful sequence.
Because the costs are high for this brand new discipline at the Amsterdam Music Academy and these costs will not be funded by the government, we are looking for your help to make Isha follow in the footsteps of her great-grandfather Jacob Prins.
Like Shakespeare said: ‘If music be the food of love, play on’.
