Project Description
House of Somaya is a sanctuary for radical healing and embodied transformation. It’s where visionaries, leaders, and seekers come to engage in the most life-changing work of their lives. Rooted in the Somaya Method - a globally respected, science-based, soul-led approach at the intersection of somatic psychotherapy and neuroplasticity - we specialize in deep trauma resolution, nervous system repair, and self-actualization. Our private, couples, and small group retreats are immersive, high-impact, and designed to catalyze lasting and embodied breakthroughs.
We live in a traumatized world - a world of disconnection, burnout, and collective dysregulation. Most people carry unresolved imprints - emotional, somatic, and relational - that block their capacity to thrive, love, lead, and live fully. While traditional therapy can take years (and still miss the root), much of the somatic or neuroplasticity-based healing world is prohibitively expensive, fragmented, and full of unqualified practitioners.
House of Somaya solves this by offering world-class care in one integrated, elegant container. Our retreats combine somatic psychotherapy, intentional ceremony, IFS, nervous system rewiring, contrast therapy, DBR, and deep integration into a cohesive, all-inclusive experience. In just 3–5 days, clients experience what might otherwise take years - because we work with the body, mind, and soul simultaneously. Transformation here isn’t just insightful and cognitive; it’s embodied, accelerated, and sustainable.
We also believe this level of healing shouldn’t be reserved for the few. Through our Somaya Sponsorship Model, clients and community members with financial abundance can sponsor a portion - or all - of a retreat for someone with limited financial means. This reciprocity-based model ensures the medicine of Somaya reaches those ready to heal and those ready to give to others ready to heal.

About Hannah Blake:
Hannah Blake is a global leader and pioneer in somatic healing, neuroplasticity, and trauma recovery. With over 12 years at the forefront of nervous system repair and transformational care, she has trained therapists, built healing programs, and worked with thousands across the globe. She is the founder of Somaya, a founding team member and former Director of Programming at Holos Global, and lead facilitator with Inscape Journeys. Hannah is now devoted to building the future of conscious healing through science, ancient wisdom, and regenerative living.
The Vision:
We’re raising $200,000 in seed capital to secure a permanent retreat sanctuary in Oregon’s Rogue Valley - the future home of the House of Somaya. This investment will anchor the next evolution of Somaya: transforming from intimate retreats into a full-scale ecosystem for healing, learning, and regenerative living.
This land will serve as a launchpad for:
- Larger retreats and immersive healing experiences
- Educational seminars on somatics, neuroplasticity, and awakening consciousness to unlock human potential
- Somaya Method teacher trainings- scaling the work globally
- A longevity and biotech health center
- Farm to table hospitality
- Home for the Legacy Project: Hannah's initiative to bring together the most brilliant minds on the planet to leverage neuroplasticity to ideate on solving the world's most pressing issues
- A regenerative, land-based community model
- A conscious, ecology-based, education system for children

Frequently Asked Questions:
- When do I get to utilize my rewards? A non-lifetime reward can be used anytime between the years of 2025 - 2028.
- When are the group retreats? The two upcoming group retreats are September 26-28, and October 24-26. Other group retreat dates will be announced over the next couple of months.
- What is included and not included in the retreats? Retreats include all programming, all meals, hospitality, and ground transportation to and from the local airport. Flights are not included.
- How long has Hannah been runnning these retreats? Hannah has been running retreats and creating healing programs and retreat centers around the world for the last 12 years.
