Project Description
The world is full of pain.
It stems from trauma. We are all sufferers.
Unresolved pain becomes a life sentence of isolation. Chains of despair limit us from reaching our potential. The shackles of heartache keep the space needed for healing and growth in bondage.
Our choices are to do nothing, attempt to overcome it on our own, or seek inspiration from others who have sailed the tumultuous seas of their emotions and survived the pelting rain, crashing waves, piercing winds and woke to days of calm after the treacherous hurricane without drowning.

This project aims to show how the steps of forgiveness can be an effective tool to heal oneself and find inner peace. After this current year of the global pandemic, natural disasters, poverty, job and food insecurity, and emotional distress for the global populous; Nyeesha's life and lessons are invaluable to help the world heal itself.
This project will draw from her personal experience, expertise as a counselor and medical professional, and how she has not only been able to shape and bring peace to her life but to the lives of thousands of others around the world. Through this project, Nyeesha’s life will help expand the Universal Sisterhood that she helped form and cultivate.
A humanitarian, author, medical professional, philanthropist with three schools in Africa, Harvard Business School with a bevy of entrepreneurial endeavors, Nyeesha is quintessentially positioned to be a source of inspiration.
Proceeds will be used for production and post-production of the documentary. Should we exceed our target we would devote those funds to marketing of the film to generate awareness.
Our team includes a seasoned directorial team as well as advisors who have a track record of success in the entertainment industry.
In addition to selecting the directorial team, we have developed a treatment and budget. We have already filmed some key segments and have had conversations with potential distribution partners.
