Rollie Pollie Egg Roll Factory will specialize in creating gourmet egg rolls inspired by some of our most loved dishes. Our aim is to bring fresh, high quality food directly to the customer base by means of a mobile food service. In an already competitive market, we will find our niche by providing big flavor in a small, affordable, yet filling package, egg rolls! I ask you, who does not love an egg roll? When we think of traditional egg rolls, we tend to think of the local Chinese buffet or take out place that you can find in every American town. Our plan is to provide a superior traditional product (the best egg roll you have ever tasted) and introduce new twist on the concept. We are not trying to re-invent the egg roll, but to expand its possibilities by introducing new flavor profiles in the traditional crispy, golden brown, egg
roll wrapper. We re-create flavors we have all fell in love with, but we make them even better in a convenient, one hand, little mess, meal on the go. In our test kitchen we have perfected many of our traditional favorites as well as many unique recipes that you would not ever associate with an egg roll. We will offer a small menu based on the venue or event we are serving. We as owners of Rollie Pollie Egg Roll Factory will engage in a socially conscious business model. Over the years we have been heavily involved in helping those in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction and we will continue to
contribute to this cause through our business. We view this as a major problem facing not only our community, but society as a whole. As well as being profitable our aim is to help those recovering from addiction by providing job opportunities and educational training in a safe drug free environment. We will strive to hire those who are in recovery from addiction and as we grow, we will continue these efforts. We will work with treatment centers and government agencies in our hiring processes to ensure employment opportunity for those in recovery is a priority. We will also contribute to the surrounding community by making our services available to food distribution centers for cooking and
transporting food, and provide food donations to local addiction treatment centers. We have all been affected by drug and alcohol addiction in some form. Coming from a place of compassion and hope, our goal is to inspire people to seek out their dreams through living in their potential and we will continue to be advocates for the cause of breaking the
stigma attached to drug and alcohol addiction.
