Help Rebuild Divaroyaltync Used Cars from COVID-19

Divaroyaltync is a Charlotte-based buy here pay here used car lot that focuses on assisting low-income residents with rebuilding their credit and vehicle ownership.  We work together to improve single mothers and first-time buyers qualify for vehicle ownership. We are unique because we have amazing Carfax certified vehicles that are 4 years or newer.  Furthermore, we are centrally located in a convenient location and we offer our cars at reasonable prices and below market value.  Now, we are preparing to build on our momentum, seeking between $10,000 to 13,000 in seed series funding to assist with building a relationship with a credit restoration company, a small second chance lender, development of sales and distribution channels, and strategic marketing.

We are struggling to keep our doors open.  Back in March when the pandemic first began our company purchased 3 Toyota Tacoma trucks retailing at $33,900 as well as other cars that have just been collecting dust on our lot.  Moreover, the salesman's salary is commissioned based and not guaranteed unless we are able to close a deal.   We have applied for an SBA loan via the CARES Act, as to date, we have not received one.  We are not confident that the SBA will provide the revenue needed to recover and reopen.  We will have to spend close to $500 to cross-market across state lines and purchase Facebook Ads that will assist with finding buyers who can purchase these vehicles.

We have a team of 3 African American saleswomen who are mothers and dedicate 60 plus hours towards their sales career.  Rarely will you find a group of women who are passionate about ownership and assisting with vehicle ownership for families.  Without help from others, it is possible that Divaroyaltync will have to close its doors.   I am confident that you will agree closing our doors will be a great loss for our clients and the Charlotte community.  This is why we are asking for your support.  With the help of generous donations like yours, we can keep doing what we do best: helping people build credit and purchase a reliable, and dependable vehicle.
