What makes Grandma's Pantry, Inc. different is both the product the approach to the Account Managers and their growth opportunity and the fact that there will not just be food or just kitchen products, but a combination of the two.
Those who will represent Grandma's Pantry, Inc. will not have to grow within the company by recruitment, but grow based on their own hard work, determination and drive. Their growth will be based on their sales with a bonus option available to those who choose to help others join the Grandma's Pantry, Inc. team.
In 2018, there will be a change in how the sales will take place and to whom it is driven too by offering a salary base, plus bonuses.
Carla Holcomb, CEO/Owner became interested in creating her own direct selling company by representing many other direct selling companies. After over 30 years of being a vendor at many other events ranging from women's weekends to craft fairs Carla grew to love working events so much that she became a promoter and based on the experience of both roles has found what people want in not only a career choice, but also as a vendor.
Carla chose the food line due to her passion for food, pleasing peoples pallet and the idea that food brings people together. Bringing families back to the table is a mission and desire that is very important to Carla.
