Open the package and take out the device, connect the charger to 5v power supply with a USB cable.For first time, you need to put the ring on the charger to activate the device.
Wearing instruction
After taking out the ring holder, select suitable ring holder for your finger which you can wear it snugly.
How to download APP
IOS : Search SLEEPON in APPLE store and download. Android: Search SLEEPON in Google Play and download.
Bluetooth connection
Open SLEEPON APP and complete registration for the first time or log in. The APP start to search for the ring, the device will vibrate twice and the green LED flash when bluetooth connect successfully.
