Funding for Supplies and Resources for Children

If I was selected for the grant the first thing that I want to do is supply my current clients with the tools that they need. My sexual assault clients need workbooks on hand. Better mechanisms for coping which may include items for trauma-response therapy. I would like to equip the children with play therapy supplies. Some of those supplies include sand trays, puzzles, and Cognitive behavioral therapy card games. I would like to provide a space for them outside of the therapy office to play and enjoy themselves outside of their traumatic experiences. I would like educational tools and materials for parents to be able to co-parent effectively for themselves and their children. I would like to get the word out and knowledge about the effects of parental incarceration and children of military families through a website or podcast. I would like to provide a space for children to release their stress and gain skills for coping throughout life.
