WHO AM I?
Born and raised in Caracas-Venezuela, I started cooking at 20. I began my studies in Arts, Journalism and finally enrolled at Sumito Esteve's Culinary School. I had been working and tasting different Cities like San Sebastian Donostia, Paris, Miami, New York and now Dallas.
WHAT I DO?
After working my way up the food chain from Chef de Partie to Executive Chef, my love for food and heritage drove me to now use my culinary talents, wisdom, and hospitality to host an array of incredible cooking classes.
I love bringing people together in a setting that is beautifully rare, never medium, and always done well. And when it comes to food I believe that fresh and from scratch is the only way to go comprised by tasting menus and using seasonal and local products enhancing my caribbean flavors.
