Welcome to famHQ! We are a tech-enabled family concierge service that maximizes career success for busy moms. Our mission is to enable clients to get more time and energy back into their day so they can advance their careers. Our dedicated concierge team focuses on the domestic and administrative details so that moms can do what matters most to them. The famHQ team also includes referrals to safe and reliable caregivers for back-up care needs, and access to career coaches who provide strategies for career success! All of these services are provided through our one-of-a-kind, tailored app experience.

THE PROBLEM WE'RE TACKLING
Founded in February 2020, famHQ comes at a time when working moms are experiencing grave challenges in balancing their career and parenting responsibilities. With the closure of child-care / school facilities and an increase in household tasks, many working moms are overwhelmed. famHQ represents the modern-day proverbial village for many working moms who do not have the support to "get it all done". The "mental load" and domestic activities prevent working moms from achieving a balanced life where they can also make time for self-care and focus on careers advancement. Our network of qualified coaches and experienced concierge staff offer holistic support that levels the playing field for working moms.
MARKET OPPORTUNITY
Many moms need a "village" of support.
The addressable target market opportunity for famHQ is ~30,000 moms.
*According to the most recent U.S. Census data, the population of working women in the U.S. is ~ 77 million
*Working mothers make up 32% of employed women, leading us to ~25 million moms
Here are my assumptions:
- Our target demographic is mid-to senior level professionals. If we assume 25% (conservative estimate) of the demographic is in this career stage, then we are left with 6 million moms
- I made a conservative assumption that 5% of moms have the resources and specific need for famHQ (i.e. a certain salary level and/or lack of family community support at home). That would get us to 300,000 moms
- Finally, I assumed that 10% of this population would live in target geographies (metropolitan areas). This left us with 30,000 potential clients.
- In future iterations of famHQ, I will engage corporations as institutional partners to provide famHQ as an employee benefit. This will significantly increase our target opportunity. With very few competitors in this space, we are poised to be a market leader.

HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?
Clients can book services through an affordable and user-friendly one-stop app that provides access to coaching that focuses on accountability and resources that help working moms to set and achieve career goals. Working moms can request a demo via the company website to discuss solutions that will help them to manage their unique lifestyle. Our services exist to empower working moms to live their best lives! We focus on decreasing the emotional mental load that oftentimes goes hand-in-hand with the daily challenges of balancing motherhood and a career, especially given that these burdens have been intensified by the impacts of the pandemic. fanHQ offers support through a tailored concierge experience. Depending on the client need, memberships are tiered and bundled, offering a wide range of affordable options. Additionally, the clients are invited to join a support network of like-minded women.
famHQ helps moms get it all done
PURPOSE OF FUND RAISING
In 2020, we bootstrapped over $50K to cover big ticket items such as: app development, social media marketing, legal fees, public relations, web & graphic design, and market research. This year, we are raising $10,000 in funding to release our one-of-a-kind app into the Web, iOS, and Android marketplace. 100% of the proceeds of this campaign will be dedicated to these fees. We would like the app to go live on March 1st 2021, which is the first day of Women's History Month!

Joyce Cadesca, Founder & President
Founder & President: Joyce Cadesca is an entrepreneur and equity advocate whose life purpose is to empower individuals to achieve their educational, family, and professional goals. Joyce has both corporate experience at Fortune 100 companies and nonprofit expertise in education management and career coaching. Joyce earned her BA from Columbia University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Joyce is the mom to seven-year-old son named Joshua.
Co-Founder - Raynelle Grace works in investment management. Outside of leadership roles in financial services, she is also an entrepreneur, having founded and owned multiple companies. Raynelle holds a B.S. and M.S. Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and George Washington University, respectively, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She’s a mom to a three year old daughter named Emersyn.
Co-Founder - Amber Wynne is the Chief Diversity Officer at Spark Therapeutics. She has over 10 years of professional experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at companies such as QVC, Vanguard, and Facebook. Amber is a Cornell University Certified Diversity Professional. She has a B.B.A. from Temple University and earned an MBA from Drexel University. Amber has a 7-year-old son named Kameron.
APP DEVELOPMENT
We are working with Param Jaggi, CEO of Hatch Apps on the initial build of the famHQ app. Hatch Apps aims to democratize the software industry by helping businesses to find, build, and manage their software. In addition to apps, Hatch Apps has built an ecosystem of products that enable users to build and manage websites, cloud infrastructure, and more. With a launch date of March 2021, we are excited to bring our unique services into the hands of busy moms to help them propel their careers forward. With your help, we can make this happen!
