My background is in the corporate world with over 10 years of experience working at Fortune 100 companies and at McKinsey & Company as a strategic advisor. During my career, I saw the profound value of good leadership and found the need to create a service that inspires people and organization to create greater impact.

Our Offerings:
We have two different segments, one servicing Fortune 1000 companies and the other is small businesses.
We have four main offerings across these two segments.
For corporations, we offer a leadership development program called the Intelligent Leadership Development Program, developed by our partner John Mattone, and the program was named one of the top three advanced development programs in the world.
For employee development, we offer 3-6 month live coaching programs that introduce holistic and awareness tools that help people connect more deeply with their passions and purpose. This helps people become more fulfilled, happy, and in turn, more productive and produces better team engagement and a better work environment.
We also offer consulting services that support organizations in identifying pain points in their culture and supports them in finding solutions to resolve this.
For business owners and entrepreneurs, we offer an accelerator program that combines business strategies used by the top firms along with holistic tools that enable them to more easily create the results they desire without sacrificing their well-being and personal life.
Why We Are Seeking Funding and How It Will Be Spent:
I formed this business in August 2017 while still working full time. It has been self-funded and already generating income. Even with the heavy investments into the business, we are within 1-2 months from generating consistency profitability on a monthly basis.
For the last few months, we've been investing heavily into digital channels to be able to generate a steady flow of interested clients for our small business accelerator program. This is putting pressure on cash flow and causing us to over-leverage high-interest lines of credit.
We are seeking funding to continue our advertising and marketing efforts to attract initial corporate contracts (already some high potential conversion underway but the sales process is a long tail for corporate contracts), in addition to using 50% of the funding to refinance high-interest small business loans.

I have over 10 years in an advisory role with major companies which allowed me to develop an expertise in strategy. Combining this with my love for personal development and people coming together to create something beautiful that inspires and benefits others, I now run Cintamani Group that empowers people and organizations to create what they desire most in their lives, and in the world.
We have an established team of highly experience advertisers, marketers, public relations experts, lead generation experts, as well as highly skilled coaches and advisors.

We have partnerships with leading training and coaching institutions including the Life Mastery Institute, the premier transformational coaching school for our employee development programs. John Mattone who is the authority on Intelligent Leadership who provides the content for our executive development program. In addition, we are partnering with The Secret Knock for our live events.
Early Traction:
We are already gaining traction including the following:
- Partnering with The Secret Knock, named by Forbes as one of the top business mastermind events in the world to bring a year-end event to Boston.
- Approximately 20 conversations underway with major institution for our coaching and consulting services.
- Launched several intro digital products to introduce people to the brand and in the testing phase for these items.
- In the final testing phase for our lead generation funnel and have starting to hit industry standards - this will be fully optimized and functional within 1-2 months which will provide a steady flow of revenue to fund organic growth.
- Ngan is now an affiliate executive coach with MIT Sloan Executive Development which will provide a good channel to connect with prospective business leaders.
- We have established programs that are ready to launch and all efforts are focused on marketing and sales at the moment.
