Hello!
I am Debora and I am a teacher.
I've created Meowe to offer a full circle, fun game learning experience to children between 6 and 12 years old, in which they are able to learn through truly interactive play, focus, repetition and real life activities.
We all know that everyone learns in different ways, and teachers and kids do not have enough time in the classroom to fully explore the content of a lesson. Some children need more time than others, and some get frustrated because the class is not challenging enough.
Parents who try to actively participate in their children's education know that, and they look for other means that can help their children in their learning path. Many look for educational apps because they are easily accessible.
However, the vast majority of the apps designed for 6-12-year-olds consist of educational animated videos, which does not allow the kids to actually interact with the game.
Meowe requires the children to pay attention to the content in order to win the video game, and encourages the children to apply what they learned in the lesson to the real world, through simple real life activities.
l have made and tested two paper prototypes with my most demanding public (9-12-year-olds), and they had so much fun while learning, they even took notes to score more!
Now, I need a fully operational virtual prototype to be tested in scale.
The amount I am asking is to pay for a team of game and sound designers, developers, and programmers to turn one of the paper prototypes (Hot World, Lab Match, or Our Ocean - coming soon) into a functional virtual game.

- Why seal stuffies? They are eco-friendly seal stuffies that will help the Vancouver Aquarium care for the nearly 70 thousand animals that live there, and to continue the beautiful work they do at educating generations about the importance of our oceans. In addition, they are special for this holiday season as they will be donated as Christmas gifts to children in need.
- Can I buy the stuffies for myself? No, The stuffies are exclusively for donation.
- Can I choose who gets the donations? No. The charity organization that is delivering the toys is the one that selects the communities they are delivering to.
- Is it a one time donation? Yes. You will be charged only once, unless you choose to donate multiple times.
You choose the exact amount you want to donate. It's as simple as that!
