Womxn need an environment where they can live, learn and thrive at their highest potential. Womxn are 50% more likely than men to deal with stress and worry on a daily basis. Particularly with increased technology and continuous distractions, the need for a supportive community is becoming more and more critical.

Ebb & Flow collective is a nonprofit social wellness community that provides innovative tools and affordable programs that serve to elevate the mind, body, and spirit. Our organization assists womxn and their businesses to move forward and achieve their dreams.

Made up of a collective group of committed and passionate womxn and non-binary folk, Ebb & Flow Collective is not just another wellness company spreading mindfulness hacks, but a sacred community that fosters growth and transformation. Our organization is founded on principles of diversity and inclusivity and the idea that wellness is a necessity, rather than a luxury.

Through our wellness community, we provide leadership, advocacy, and support locally to the San Francisco Bay Area and globally through our virtual programming. We promote wholistic wellness, professional development, networking opportunities, and knowledge sharing within our organization. Since the collective opened in 2017 it has been known for it's diverse, inclusive and supportive ethics which support womxn — a word used intentionally to take the “man” out of “woman” and to signify acceptance of noncis-gendered womxn, something Veneé said reflected her values as a Black feminist.

​Ebb & Flow Collective is a comprehensive community for womxn's emotional wellness and belonging. We bring self-identifying womxn together in a safe space to explore their physiological needs and healing through education, spirituality, lifestyle change, prevention and embodied movement. Our attention to detail and commitment to individualized care empowers a mindset shift and creates a space to heal from trauma, which enriches the entire community.

Our retreats, free programming, and events are a catalyst for spiritual growth, trauma relief, personal development and healing. We combine effective strategies with cutting-edge mindset tools for anyone on the sacred path to improving one’s life; mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

It is imperative that womxn have access to an inclusive community that provides health and wellness services that are affordable and accessible. The urgency was emphasized this year when COVID-19 came without warning, forcing us to face discomfort, change, and fear of the unknown. Ebb & Flow Collective answered the call of the universe by transitioning to a non-profit!

As a non-profit, Ebb & Flow Collective is able to bridge the gap of wellness equity by eliminating the profit-driven competition within the wellness industry. As a group of racially diverse womxn and non-binary individuals, we are bringing a new understanding and perspective to the traditionally homogenous and white wellness sector and creating a space where everyone belongs and can find community.

As a non-profit, Ebb & Flow Collective benefits from financial sponsorships and donations from individuals and businesses that believe in the importance of our mission and projects. We’re proud to be a growing Black and Womxn owned business and start up funding is necessary to our success. As a donor, you are helping Ebb & Flow Collective continue to create an impact by furthering our mission.

At Ebb & Flow Collective, we manifest our dreams into reality! We’re raising $100K for...

1. Our Dream Team - We can hire a full time staff to support sales, operations, fulfillment, and marketing and pay healing practitioners a liveable wage, and keep Ebb and Flow Collective flowing like a smooth stream of water. 
2. Event Rental Facilities - Once we’re through the COVID crisis, we’ll resume in person programming. Event rental facility fees range from $800 to $2,500 a day! Through this funding, we can rent facilities without it being a financial burden.  
3. A Virtual Community - We will be offering memberships, so your donation will assist in sustaining our virtual platform as well as the folks working behind the scenes to keep it going.
4. Wholistic Health Scholarships - We seek to provide scholarships to those who are seeking wholistic health services but do not have the financial means to afford them. 
5. Online Wellness Shop - A nurtured spirit requires the tools for continued growth. At Ebb & Flow, we have an online wellness shop filled with spiritual tools hand-crafted by local creatives. Your donation will support the artists and our organization in building inventory, so people can buy our wellness products at affordable rates.

For years, Veneé had the desire to change and live a more fulfilling life, but didn’t know where to start. Growing up, her life reflected limitation, scarcity and insufficiency. As a result she became a victim to life - always placing the blame outside of herself and not taking responsibility for what was happening to her. By taking time for herself to heal from the traumas of her past, she was able to return home to herself; that's when she recognized the unique need for a community like Ebb & Flow Collective. Passionate about all aspects of energetic, mental and emotional health, Veneé founded Ebb and Flow Collective to empower womxn to step out of fear and achieve sustainable success.
