- What is the mission of your company or project?
- My mission is to provide services for a diverse population in area of career development and customized supported employment for individuals such as; vets, re-entry, and intellectual disabilities to sustain employment in the workforce

Currently Southern Nevada has a high-rate of homeless population in the areas of; retired vets, drug and alcohol abuse, and mental health. The number one issue is most are not supplied with the necessary tools or coaching tools to sustain a job. Go Diverse Job Development and Training programs and services has been geared to individuals that lack customized supported employment which is limited in Las Vegas, Nevada. For example, most jobs are currently aligned with person-centered piece rate occupations. In many cases, the occupation is not aligned with the individual’s skill set. In most instances, there is a period of behavioral regression which then increases probability of the individual not succeeding in the workforce

- What is the market size/opportunity?
- Currently, I have dedicated in providing specialized support working with individuals 1:1. I currently, have two clients that I am providing services for free. My goal is to increase my service to minimum 5 clients per week.
- What is your company/product about and how does it solve the problem?
- In Southern Nevada there is a lack of individualizes/profession that possess Individualized Customized Supported Employment Certification. My goal is to become certified in the area of Supported Employment to expand my services.
- Why are you seeking funding and how will you spend the funding?
- I dedicated 18 years in the area of Community Outreach and Recreation. I am a true believer that we are in an era of healing. The programs and services I provide are limited working in the areas of government and my programs and services can reach a vast majority of individuals in Southern Nevada.

- I am the only person on my team. I do have have community outreach organization that help support various programs.
