Project Description
After COVID, there has been a huge rise in children suffering from Anxiety, depression and PTSD. Studies have shown tremendous improvement when treatment includes traditional therapy with holistic healing such as breath work, yoga and meditation. We want to provide the Strongsville community with a one stop therapeutic option to treat trauma, anxiety, and other psychological conditions plaguing society right now. Our wellness plans would each be personalized for the individual so they can learn ongoing techniques to manage their conditions. We aim to keep these costs as low as possible so everyone and anyone can benefit. We will also provide ongoing healing services for physical, emotional & overall wellness support through traditional therapy, yoga, meditation and ancient healing practice.
We need startup money because NOW is the time for this type of therapy and there is nothing like this in both our community and the surrounding ones. We want to keep our costs low for people because as mothers, we see the current problem with providing the right mental health support for kids today.
We would use this money to convert a rental space into the perfect therapeutic solution for the community. I plan to have a large space for yoga, meditation and breathwork, an office for our Therapist to work out of, and also a space for massage. I have a nutritionist wanting to work with us as well! So the money would help me to properly staff the business with the right credentials. There are many supplies that I want to purchase as well to provide a large array of holistic healing options, including yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters, crystals (for energy work and meditation) and also books our therapist can recommend to each individual for what they are currently facing. This money will allow me to help in healing our children and adults – something very much needed not only in our community, but in our world right now.

Target Market:
Servicing Strongsville, Ohio and surrounding communities with a one stop center offering personalized, affordable Mind/Body therapy plans & nutrition. Specifically targeting (but not limited to) kids in the school system suffering with anxiety, depression and PTSD. We will also treat adults and offer ongoing therapies to better the community with wellness as a whole.
Customers:
The Strongsville, Ohio community, especially youth. Our therapist/clinician (MSSA, LISW) works with the schools and will be referring patients our way. I also plan to focus on trauma groups; PTSD, Rape Survivors, Depression & Anxiety, and other disorders affecting the community.
Current Competitors:
Right now if you want therapy you go to a therapist office. If you want yoga, you attend a yoga studio. We will not only offer these things, but they will be specialized treatment plans that include nutrition suggestions, massage therapy, energy healing, sound bath healing, and crystal work. Also, there are NO options for kids yoga in Strongsville. We will be creating specialized, tailored programs specifically for our youth and the problems that they face today.
Products and Services:
We will offer ongoing services including therapy, yoga, meditation, massage, sound healing, chakra cleansing, zoom sessions with our holistic nutrition & intuitive eating specialist, group therapy, and private holistic sessions. Customers tell us their problem and we will provide a custom plan suggesting food, physical exercise, therapy recommendations, and relaxation services. These plans are intended to guide a person to mind/body wellness.
