What is Cherry Blossom Intimates?
Cherry Blossom Intimates is a business on a mission to change what post-mastectomy shopping looks like and feels like and using intimates and innovation to foster inclusion across the globe.
The Maryland-based boutique is a breast health facility and intimates boutique all in one.
Yes, you read that right.
We're both a lingerie store and an accredited medical facility, allowing all women to shop together, regardless of their bra size or their breast cancer stage.
We help women who have experienced breast cancer and fit them for bras and prosthetics. Our prosthetics fit their bodies, match their skin tone, and are perfect for their lifestyle. We house these fit services in a glamorous and beautiful lingerie boutique that makes them feel confident and beautiful

We offer a wide selection of post-surgical products and specialize in custom breast prosthetics. We also fit women who haven't experienced breast cancer with complimentary bra fittings and over 200 bra sizes to choose from.
We've found the secret.
MOST OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE REIMBURSABLE BY MEDICAL INSURANCE.
We also accept Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Spending Accounts,
and payment plans.
The Impact:
Breast cancer represents 15% of all new cancer cases in the USA. 268,000 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in women in the USA in 2020, making up about 12.5% of American women at a rate of 11% annually. 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime.
Cherry Blossom Intimates will be the first business to achieve this
on a national scale.
We opened our first boutique in the Washington, DC region as it is the most hard-hit area in the nation for new cases of breast cancer.
Why Crowdfunding?
Every day we meet women who are uninsured and underinsured. Funding will allow us to offer products and services to women in urgent need and those facing financial hardships. Nothing breaks our hearts more than being unable to help a patient who is unable to afford breast prosthetics or bras.
Since opening our doors last year, we have helped over 2500 women with or without breast cancer.
Your financial giving will allow us to service more breast cancer survivors.
Looking towards the future, we are expanding our services to every major city in every state in the nation. We will reach this goal by 2030. Your giving helps us to reach it even faster.

About Jasmine:
Inspired by her grandmother’s battle with breast cancer, Jasmine joined Dr. Hampton to create a unique experience for women regardless of their bra size or the stage of their breast cancer journey. Jasmine was crowned Miss District of Columbia USA in 2016. She now serves as Vice President of the Young Professional Council of Breast Care for Washington and was recently named Forbes Under 30 for her innovative retailing methods.
About Dr. Hampton:
Dr. Hampton is the Medical Director and Founder of the Breast Center at Doctors Community Hospital, the first comprehensive breast center in Prince George’s County, Maryland. She is a board certified general surgeon who has focused her practice on breast health and breast cancer. Her former private practice, Signature Breast Care, was the first breast surgery practice in Prince George's County.
