Readily made desserts made from scratch like our whole cheesecakes are made in a wide variety of flavors like our All American classics like Strawberry, Cookies& Cream, Tiramisu and Lemon Meringue all while beautifully packaged for gifting.

We have large groups of families that stop by with their children and their able to get specialty Cheesecake Ice cream cups allowing them to enjoy decadent ice cream on the go all while walking the city neighborhood.  We pride on being available for last minute gifting for working professionals, family and corporate accounts in the City we serve.

Cheesecake Carousel  provides a unique way of helping people celebrate for anniversaries, birthdays, weddings and graduations. Customers can book our dessert truck to service their events while they do not have to have to worry about setting up or cleaning up for a celebratory affair.

Moreover, as a result of urbanization, the growth of out-of-home consumption and increased demand on instant and high end baked products, this trend has been fueling the continuous increase of bakery products. Cheesecake Carousel is a family operated business in which we pride our selves with giving great customer service and paying close attention to the details for events. We are seeking to use the funds to upgrade our packaging for our Cheesecake Ice cream pints , replace equipment and helping to build out our commercial bakery to supply wholesale accounts such as supermarkets, deli's and local restaurants.
