- My company specializes in marketing consulting for other brands. Typically, other companies come to me to increase their sales volume. With high sales volumes there can be a downside which is disputes. Merchants will always have disputes. I used to outsource my chargeback services to an outside company which came out to a costly bill every single month. I than became more educated on how to fight my own chargebacks so I brought this department inhouse. I than built a team and I was offering these services to my merchants. I wanted to disrupt the entire chargeback industry, so I began working on a project with my development team which consisted of automating the entire process of fighting a chargeback. We developed a user-friendly platform that connects the clients merchant portals and their customer and order data via API to our dashboard. The moment the merchant receives a dispute notification our platforms gather’s all the necessary customer and order data and generates a dispute letter to send to the bank or submit to the processor. This whole process saves time, is more efficient and allows the merchant to bring their chargeback management inhouse while also giving the user the option to have of using the self-serve portal or fully automated version. The platform is in a beta stage and operates flawlessly with certain processors like; stripe, square and paysafe. We have developed a very close relationship with Paysafe Limited who is a multinational online payments company. I need to raise capital to be able to bring my project to market and genrate a user base.
