Hola! My name is Elsa Reyes and I’m the founder and owner of BRISABELLA- SKIN BY ELSA. The name BRISABELLA means beautiful breeze in Spanish, and my skincare studio reflects the rejuvenating beach breezes found in my native land of Nicaragua.
I opened my space with a vision of bringing customized and personalized treatments to everyone who walks through my doors.
Getting a traditional skin care treatment can feel like an impersonal experience. Once your treatment is over, you don't have access to your aesthetician, and it feels as if you have been through a factory.
People who have previously had a bad experience will feel anxious about booking another treatment again.
At BRISABELLA, I do all of the treatments myself and it is this individual attention that sets me apart from other places. Even more importantly, what you experience in my skincare studio goes deeper than just a facial. I believe that if you look good you feel more confident and self-assured, and so my clients leave my skincare studio feeling calm, centered, and positive. I also believe that everyone has gift... mine is my hands and I use this gift every day to help my clients look and feel better.
My clients are working professionals who are under a tremendous amount of pressure to look great and appear confident at all times. Coming to BRISABELLA is a ritual for them to maintain their skin's health and beauty as well as feel radiant internally and externally afterwards.
After over 24 years experience in the skincare industry and performing thousands of treatments, 2 years ago, I decided to take the leap and open up my own welcoming and cozy skin studio in midtown Manhattan. Blood, sweat and tears for real! But most of all LOVE!
Many of our treatments require costly equipment and we want to continue to expand our services and always have the most up-to-date equipment in order to meet our clients needs and wants.
I want to keep moving BRISABELLA forward, satisfy more clients and be the go-to spa in NY for discerning individuals that know that beauty is more than just a pretty face. I agree with Alice Walker, who once said: "Whenever you are creating beauty around you, you are restoring your own soul." I hope you agree with this too and will help support my mission.
