Bridging the gap with our youth!

Correspondingly, our organization, the iPILOT Foundation has not been left behind in backing and implementing initiatives that augment the lives of people, more so the youths. We have been phenomenal in exploiting potentials in young people through nurturing and guiding them to ensure that their full energy is deployed in improving their lives.

To put things into perspective, the iPILOT Foundation was established to assist children between 4-19 years old to develop high self-esteem, to be determined, persistent, achieve academic excellence, participate in the communities, and promote their health through activities such as dancing, playing basketball, and football. We do not mind the ethnicities or socio-economic backgrounds of children. Our chief focus is to offer a favorable environment to succeed not only in sports but also in life thereafter. The guiding principles include entertainment, education, and empowerment.

Two of the most ambitious programs that we roll out concerning our youths are Prestigious Pearls Dance Academy and Georgia Kingz Basketball. While the former encompasses young girls, who are trained on dance moves, the latter consists of young men who train basketball. The iPILOT Foundation has been pivotal in supporting the initiatives to ensure that the objectives are achieved. This is made possible by all the stakeholders and sponsors who facilitate the programs by entrusting us with their money to make the lives of the young men and women shine. This has consistently led to the immense growth that we have experienced as an organization.

Despite the miles achieved, we have always encountered limitations in running our operations. It is noteworthy that finances are a fundamental resource in achieving our goals. We are dependent on donations from different donors that have faith in our projects. Our current budget surpasses the available resources that are at our disposal. As mentioned earlier, we have experienced persistent growth over time. Consequently, there is a need to expand our budget to sustain the growing financial needs. In particular, we intend to raise funds to provide basic requirements such as writing equipment, papers, computers, printers, dry erase boards, and other materials to facilitate after school tasks such as tutoring sessions and research. Furthermore, regarding the Prestigious Pearls, we are committed to ensuring that no child is left behind because of financial constraints. The target is seeing that every child performs exemplary.

Donations are such essential resources that dictate the wellbeing of our children. Societies endeavor to ascertain future generations have firm foundations. As iPILOT Foundation, we have been pivotal in lighting candles of hope in our children’s lives. Through your donations, we become partners in bringing changes in societies. Therefore, your contribution is appreciated as we strive to brighten the lives of our youths.

We plan to evaluate our success by annual surveying. We will be collecting data through interviews that will be broadcasted on local televisions and social media. The beneficiaries will be required to give details on how our organization has helped them. We will also compare the complaints concerning the number of years the people of color are sentenced to that of the white people. We will then analyze data and come up with findings to show if our interventions will be fruitful. Based on verified results, we will write a comprehensive report, post it on our site and also send it to you, our funders. For accountability, we will send you financial records illustrating how every dollar, that you donate us, will have been spent.
