- Where is Bellina caetano based? R: We are located at the 900 Shops on Level 05. The address is 900 North Michigan Avenue and for additional information please feel free to contact our team via phone at 312 265 1503 or [email protected]
- When will I receive my rewards? R: All discount codes will be sent via email before July 28th to ensure you can already use them on our online Launch. You will also receive a physical copy that will be sent via mail with your thank you card and the equivalent gift described in the reward you selected. All mini home sprays and jewelry has been already produced and are all ready to be shipped no later than 5 days after placing your contribution.
- How will Bellina Caetano guarantee my lifetime discount? R: You will receive a physical card with a unique 8 digit code for easy identification in-store and online along with a letter agreement signed by the founder. Note that only 34 people max will be granted the lifetime reward. This reward is intended to build our community foundation and we are keeping it small because you will be like family and listed in our founders and supporters directory. Your name and contribution will be forever remembered.
- If I can't attend the Launch party, can someone attend for me? R: Yes, especially if you don't live in Chicago but have a friend who would really appreciate a Brazilian experience.
- Do I need a visa to go to Brazil? R: No, Americans do not need visas. All you need is a valid passport. The trip is planned for 2022 but will be readjusted if necessary if any travel restriction is still relevant next year.
- Where are the products made? R: All Bellina caetano products are proudly designed in Chicago and made in Brazil.
